　　Among them, the MTL830B multi-channel temperature acquisition system has been successfully applied for more than 20 years and is one of the most mature, reliable, and cost-effective products of MTL. However, due to the implementation of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) policy for electrical and electronic products, some purchased components have been discontinued, and MTL830B cannot continue production. It has now been upgraded to MTL83xC.

　　① MTL830C complies with ROHS standards;

　　② MTL831C can receive 16 thermocouples, 2/3/4 line thermistor, millivolt, potentiometer signals, isolated between channels, easy wiring, and better performance than MTL831B.

　　③ MTL831C has a smaller volume and lighter weight, and can be installed using the original junction box. MTL831C also adopts DIN rail installation, which is more convenient and does not require additional diode protection.

　　④ MTL838C single machine debugging is easier, and the accompanying debugging software can be run directly under the WINDOWS system. It can quickly set various parameters and upload batch data, completing batch device settings in a very short time.

　　The communication line between MTL831B and MTL838B-MBF remains unchanged.

　　After MTL838C is connected to the system, it needs to be reconfigured, and the configuration content is consistent with the original MTL838B-MBF.

　　The newly added MTL838C and MTL838B can communicate with MODBUS cards through MODBUS communication in the same RS485 network without changing the internal configuration of DCS,
