　　MTL safety barriers include the MTL5000 series, MTL4000 series, and MTL7000 series. The MTL5000 series is MTL's intrinsically safe isolation barrier, making system layout and installation more convenient. The 5000 series offers all general functions with easy installation and design. The MTL4000 series, the third-generation isolation interface unit, introduces a new approach for integrating intrinsically safe circuits into large/medium-sized process control system devices. This series features a particularly compact structure with high installation density. The MTL7000 series safety barriers are based on the loop design of the 700 series. 　　Measurement Principle

　　The principle of the detection-end isolation safety barrier is: The module circuit converts the input current or voltage signal passing through the intrinsically safe energy-limiting circuit into 0.2-1VDC, which is then sent to the module for acquisition, amplification, computation, and anti-interference processing. Afterward, the transformer modulates it into isolated output current and voltage signals for subsequent secondary instruments or other instruments. The principle of the operation-end isolation safety barrier is: It isolates the 4-20mA DC signal output by the regulator or operator and then outputs a 4-20mA DC signal. The intrinsically safe energy-limiting circuit can prevent dangerous signals with high current or voltage from intruding into hazardous areas.
